What’s the difference between custom and template-based videos?
Custom videos are designed from scratch with unique animations, and storytelling to fit your brand exactly.
Template videos use pre-designed animation templates where we replace colors, logos, perfect for faster turnaround and lower cost.
How long does it take to produce a video ?
Template video : 5 business days (standard)
Custom Video : 2 weeks (standard) (rush delivery is available for an addtional fee
What is included in the price ?
All packages include:

Do we write the script?
Scrip writing is included in all packages, For other packages, you can either provide your own script or add scriptwriting as an extra service
Do you provide voiceovers ?
Yes we can arrange professional voiceovers in different languages and accents for an additional fee, or you can provide your own.
What about music licensing ?
We provide our own selection of royalty free music included in your package
If you want a specific premium track, you can purchase the license seperately and we will integrate it into your video
How many revisions are included ?
Each package include 2 rounds of revisions. Extra revisions are charged at $100 per round
Can i get a discount if i order multiple videos
Yes ! We will offer bundle pricing, please request for quotes

1What if I need changes after the video is delivered?
If the changes are within the agreed revision rounds, they’re free.
If you request changes after project sign-off, additional fees apply depending on the scope.
How do payments work?
For custom videos : We require a 50% deposit to start and the remaining balance before final delivery.
For template : ( 50% deposit) and 50% balance
Can you create videos in other languages?
Yes, we can localise your video into different languages for an additional cost , including voiceover, subtitles and translated text.
What formats will I receive my video in?
We deliver videos in MP4 format (HD or 4K). Other formats can be provided on request.
Do you work with companies outside Australia?
Yes, we work with companies worldwide. Time zone differences are no problem , we’ll adjust our communication to suit your working hours
Whats your refund policy
Due to the creative nature of our work, refunds are not available once production begins. However we will work closely with you to make sure you are happy at each stage before we move fowrard
